Beach Blend Inventory now supports warehouse planning, cafe counting, B2B order creation, bulk coffee recommendations, and outside-Shopify customer access controls. It is the shared operating surface for the real inventory work happening across the business.
This is no longer just a static foundation. Today the app can generate warehouse stock plans, save adjustment drafts, build transfers, count live inventory at warehouse and cafe locations, create B2B orders and draft orders, and recommend bulk coffee purchases using the operational data we have already been collecting.
From here we can keep tightening the operational details: better forecasting, better mobile counting flows, richer reporting, and more refined permissions by role, without having to rethink the overall structure again.
